A glass of champagne greets you on arrival, and there are bottomless cups of coffee available all day. As well as having your hair made over, you can choose a hair extension that will compliment your natural look. Your make-up can be applied with a steady hand, eyebrows and other noticable areas can be waxed, and Simone now stocks the latest product to colour your hair. This simple process without peroxide and ammonia will suit the shy client who is reluctant to give colour a go. Book the entire wedding party in, relax and make it a girls morning. Chris lives in Portarlington, often referred to as the "Jewel in the Crown" on the Bellarine Peninsula, about 20 minutes from Geelong.

We can cater for all your needs whether the occasion is a wedding, engagement, birthday, staff party, presentation night or Christmas party. With our three Private Function Rooms we can also accommodate business and corporate functions, meetings, lunches, staff training programs and information seminars.

We can help to make the event even more memorable with gourmet food, fine wine and superb surroundings. They will all combine to help make your day or evening something to cherish and remember for a long time to come.

Let Bellarine Estate make your special day even more memorable?
It is a pleasure to provide you with the following information on Bellarine Estate and our wedding packages.

Bellarine Estate vineyard and restaurant/reception centre is only 20 minutes by car from Geelong. It is close to the seaside towns of Portarlington, Queenscliff and Ocean Grove, all of which have stunning landscapes and period buildings to use as backdrops for photographs. You are of course most welcome to have your album memories taken in our vineyard and we are happy to provide access to our fleet of fully restored vintage vehicles for an unusual and stylish photographic setting.

The reception area is a bright modern room that overlooks the vineyard on the hillside and the rolling fields down to Corio Bay. The room can cater for groups of up to 120 guests leaving plenty of space for a band and dance floor, or 240 people with the addition of a marquee. We are more than happy to cater for smaller wedding parties if you have a more intimate celebration in mind.

The Bellarine Estate property is easily accessible from the Portarlington Road and there is ample off-road parking close at hand.

We are happy to provide a list of local accommodation venues should some of your guests require somewhere to stay overnight. We can also assist in transport to and from Bellarine Estate should that be needed.

As this is such an important day, we do encourage you to make your choice of venue early. We normally require a 25% non-refundable deposit upon booking and the balance two weeks prior to the event.

We will help make your special day perfect with professional organisation, support and advice.

• Complimentary menu tasting for 2
Once the date has been booked and the deposit paid, we extend an invitation to you and your partner to sample our menu and wine. This will help in making any decisions concerning the menu and selection for your special day.

• Complimentary function room hire for over 60 guests
We do not charge a room hire for functions with over 60 guests. This means that for 5 hours you can utilise the room at no extra charge.

• Complimentary use of the garden area and vineyard surrounding the restaurant for photographes. We also have a selection of vintage vehicles for hire to use for your Photographs
We have a picturesque view of the vineyard that stretches for acres, along with many vintage vehicles on the premise which will make your pictures even more unique and memorable.

• Ample free parking on premises
We are positioned on a main road and offer free parking to all guests. We can also accommodate coach transportation of any size.

• Advice and Service to plan and decorate your reception
With the help of photos from our previous functions and weddings we can provide quality advice on the decorations or we can recommend florists, decorators and photographers for your big day.

• Flexible packages available
We have a range of packages available with varying menu and beverage options. We prefer to make your function personal and individual to suit the occasion.
We can cater for guests with special dietary requirements, and we also have a children's menu with many choices.

• Facilities for disabled patrons
We have full disabled facilities.
